Hi all. Welcome back from festivities etc. A few things about the Research Methods EG7532 unit and placements:
1. 1. The EG7532 teaching scheme for Terms 2 and 3 (and showing actual Term 1) is now available on WebCT under Unit Information. We are happy to welcome new staff Hannah Matthews and Mike Wood to teach on this unit. They bring a wealth of background and experience to the unit.
2. 2. On Wed 19th Jan in the 12-1 slot Hannah Matthews will be giving a ‘provider’s perspective’ on research projects and placements. Hannah has previously supervised students at Stockport City Council.
3. 3. Also on 19th in the coffee break 3-4 I’ll be introducing and running through the placements available at this stage. These will then be posted on WebCT for you to look through and decide preferences. So please come to this session.
